The Firewall Grill is approximately 60″H x 22 7/8″ W x 13 3/4″ D; the crate will be approximately 4″ larger on all sides and weighs about 250-300 pounds.Your Firewall Grill will arrive via a freight company, likely via a semi trailer or other large truck. We can tell you which one at the time of your purchase. The delivery company will call in advance to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery.
Be sure you have enough people and/or tools to handle a large, heavy crate. The delivery driver will deliver the crate as close to your door as possible, but cannot help you move the Grill into the house.
If there are special issues related to delivery to your destination, (such as narrow or dirt roads, or places where a large truck cannot turn around) please communicate them to the delivery service dispatch office when they call to arrange delivery. Most situations are easily remedied by good communication. If you need to meet the big rig with a pickup, trailer or other conveyance, this can all be worked out in advance,and will make the delivery smooth and easy.
Upon delivery, please examine the packaging on your unit to ensure no damage has occurred during transport. It’s difficult to do any real damage to a Firewall Grill, but we want your new friend to arrive in the best possible condition.
In the rare event there are any issues, please be sure that they are communicated to the delivery driver. This will make any replacement, return, or damage claims much easier. Take photos if you can.
